The room was spacious and clean, with ample hot water in the shower and comfortable beds with nice sheets. The location was convenient for walking to the Plazas, and it was great to have a secure parking area. the courtyard was beautiful and provided a peaceful environment.
The room was uncomfortably cold and had no heat during my January stay. Although extra blankets were available, it was still chilly in the morning.

The location was great, within walking distance to the main attractions and with parking on site. the room was spacious, extremely clean, and the bedding was comfortable. the bathroom had plenty of hot water and good quality towels. There was coffee and tea available as well as a beautiful courtyard with plants.
The noise from the coffee machine outside the room was disruptive at times.

The hotel was peaceful, VIP rooms better furnished, bed linen excellent, water bottles provided, beautiful courtyard, clean rooms with comfortable beds.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was great to have hot water and coffee/tea available. the location was convenient and allowed for easy walking to nearby attractions.
The room was quite cold at night and lacked appropriate heating. Noise from the coffee machine outside was a bit disruptive at times.

During our recent stay at Casa Graciela, we were impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. The comfortable beds and high-quality bed linen provided us with a restful night's sleep. The abundance of hot water in the shower was a pleasant surprise. We also appreciated the convenience of having coffee and tea available. The location of the hotel was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the nearby Plazas on foot. we highly recommend Casa Graciela for its impeccable cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, from the spotless rooms to the comfortable beds and hot showers. The location was perfect, as I could easily walk to the nearby Plazas. The courtyard was stunning, filled with lush greenery. Furthermore, I appreciated the ample parking space and the availability of coffee and tea.
